Course: CM 488A,B. Construction Senior Design I, II (2,2)
Prerequisites: CM 310/L, CM 312/L; Senior standing in Construction Management. (CM 488A and CM 488B must be completed within the same academic year.) Selection and completion of a project under faculty and/or industry supervision. Projects typical of problems that a graduate of the Construction Management Program must solve in their field of employment. Requires both written formal report and oral presentation of project. 6 hours technical activity/lab per week. (A and B Offered Fall and Spring semesters, respectively.)
