The Office of the Registrar, part of the Enrollment Services unit within the Division of Student Affairs, paves the way for success for all regularly matriculated students starting with their first semester of enrollment at California State University, Northridge (CSUN), and culminating with graduation. During their course of study, the office assists students with interpreting enrollment policies and registering for classes, provides degree planning tools, verifies enrollment, records academic progress and prepares CSUN transcripts. As graduation nears, the Undergraduate Degree Services area assists students with applying for the bachelor’s degree and verifies degree completion. Beyond graduation, the Office of the Registrar safekeeps students’ permanent, CSUN academic records.
