Program: Minor in Spanish
Program Description
The minor in Spanish consists of three emphases: (1) the general minor, (2) a minor for business students and (3) a minor for health science students.

2. Culture and Civilization (6 units)

FLIT 322 Business Culture in Latin America (3)
FLIT 383 Hispanic Civilization and Culture: Middle Ages to Golden Ages (3)

SPAN 315A Literature of Spain I (3)
SPAN 315B Literature of Spain II (3)

B. Minor in Spanish for Business Majors
Notice: The Minor in Spanish for Business Majors is suspended while the department modifies the curriculum to better serve the needs of students.

Students with advanced placement, or native speakers who are not permitted to take SPAN 300, must include an additional upper division course chosen with the approval of an advisor.
