Course: RS 310. Religion and Literature (3)

Prerequisite: Completion of the lower division writing requirement. This course explores the relationship between religion and literature by looking at how religious themes are represented, interpreted, and critiqued in literary works across different time periods. Students will analyze the ways in which literature serves as a medium for expressing, questioning, and challenging religious ideas, practices, and institutions.
