Course: PHIL 265. Medical Ethics (3)
Prerequisite: Completion of the lower division writing requirement. Introduction to the main issues in medical ethics, including the critical examination of the concepts of life, death, health, and dis/ability. Topics may include debates over reproduction, medical research, end-of-life decisions, genetics, racial disparities accessing and receiving medical care, and the doctor-patient relationship.
