Prerequisites: RE 412; RE 414. BUS 312 is a prerequisite for Business majors. Theory and methods of real estate mortgages and investment analysis. Analysis of the instruments, institutions, agencies, and operations involved in the funding and underwriting of real estate investments. Includes emphasis on analytical techniques and computer applications. Available for graduate credit in the real estate certificate program.
