Using a sociological framework for understanding the contemporary experiences of Mexican American women in the U.S., focuses on the sexual division of labor in families, the workplace and community. Each section explores the variation and heterogeneity in women’s class, ethnic/racial and gender identity. Meets the Ethnic Studies requirement.
