Prerequisites: ECE 320/L, ECE 340/L, ECE 350. Corequisite: ECE 443L. Waveshaping and generation circuits with application to data acquisition and instrumentation. Design of multivibrator circuits, analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters, sample and hold amplifiers, and general interface circuits. Graduate students enrolled in the class will be required to develop computer simulation design programs that will produce results that meet a set of circuit specifications. Available for graduate credit. 3 hours lecture, one-3 hour lab per week.
