Course: KIN 543. Dance Performance Analysis (3)
Prerequisite: Acceptance into Kinesiology M.S. program or instructor consent. Dance performance analysis incorporates a Graduate Concert of new choreographic works, plus active scientific research involving kinesiology as it applies to dance performance. During the course students will acquire, develop and incorporate skills necessary for creating a new work to be produced and performed in a theatre setting plus acquire knowledge and understanding about how to design and conduct research focused on dance performance.
