Course: LRS 250. Philosophical Approaches for Future Teachers (3)
Prerequisite: ITEP Freshman option students only. Corequisite: LRS 260. This course addresses key themes in philosophy such as argumentation and reasoning, knowledge and justification, ethics and values, and the nature of reality. Discussions around these philosophical themes are contextualized for future elementary school teachers by making connections with learning in K-12 classrooms.
