Course: MGT 440. Personnel Selection, Assessment, and Evaluation (3)
Prerequisites: MGT 360 and MGT 380. BUS 312 is a prerequisite for Business majors. This course integrates theories and practices from human resource management, organizational behavior, and industrial-organizational psychology to provide a hands-on approach to managing human capital. Students will apply research methods, data analysis, and theories to understand how to hire applicants, manage employee job performance, diagnose employee motivational, health and other problems, and design appropriate interventions.
