Prerequisite: MPA 661. Recommended Preparatory: MPA 620. Participants will acquire data sourcing, processing, and ethical management skills, as well as do hands-on modeling and simulation exercises. The curriculum emphasizes the technical rigor and ethical considerations essential for informed policymaking.
