Applying online via the Cal State Apply is expected unless electronic submission is impossible. An acknowledgment will be sent when an online application has been submitted. Application in “hard copy” form may be obtained online via Cal State Apply as a portable data format (PDF). Application forms (in PDF) may also be downloaded from Student Academic Support Publications. Paper applications should be mailed to the campus admissions office.
