ACCT 415. Accounting Information Systems (3)

Prerequisites: Grade of “C” or higher in BUS 312 and ACCT 350. Provides an understanding of requirements and control of major business processes/accounting cycles integrated in an enterprise system. Topics include systems analysis methodologies and techniques for accounting information system (AIS) development, issues in control and audit of systems fraud and abuse, and controls for systems reliability.
