CHS 365. La Chicana and Global Feminism (3)

Prerequisite: Completion of the lower division writing requirement. An intersectional Ethnic Studies and Feminist approach to the Chicana experience in a hemispheric, globalized society. Social movements, solidarity, decolonization, queer theory, race and class will be studied in the context of Chicana resistance and empowerment. Meets the Ethnic Studies requirement.
