Theory and practice of remote sensing by satellites and aircraft in visible, infrared and microwave portions of the spectrum. Problem-oriented course emphasizing the application of image processing software and techniques to digital satellite imagery. Available for graduate credit. 2 hours lecture, 2 hours lab.
