MGT 454. Leadership, Power and Politics (3)

Prerequisite: Grade of “C” or higher in MGT 360. BUS 312 is a prerequisite for Business majors. Concentrates on the ability of individuals to lead others in important undertakings, including the management of organizations, the management of large-scale change and the resolution of complex problems. Focuses on behavioral approaches to leadership, particularly attaining and exerting power and managing the political subsystem.
