Course: ANTH 696B. Literature Synthesis and Data Interpretation (3)
Prerequisite: Successful completion of ANTH 696A. This seminar focuses on the development of a literature synthesis on the student’s topic for their thesis or graduate project and building theoretical frameworks for data interpretation. Students build a literature review of theoretical and substantive literature related to their thesis or graduate project and learn how theory is used to interpret data. Students complete a literature synthesis on the topic for their thesis or graduate project and practice using theory to interpret original data.
