Prerequisites: BIOL 101 or BIOL 106 and BIOL 106L; CHEM 101 and CHEM 101L, or CHEM 103 and CHEM 103L. Preparatory: MATH 105; PHYS 100A, PHYS 100AL, PHYS 100B and PHYS 100BL. Provides an overview of the field of occupational health, with a focus on industrial hygiene. Presents information related to the recognition, evaluation and control of the chemical, physical and environmental factors that can impact human health in the workplace and the community.
