Program Description
The Leadership in the 21st Century Minor is designed to equip students with a robust understanding of the core concepts and practical skills necessary for effective leadership in today’s dynamic business environment. By integrating foundational courses with interdisciplinary electives, the minor offers a well-rounded curriculum that addresses both the theoretical underpinnings and the practical applications of leadership.
