Program Description
The minor in Human Resource and Talent Management allows students the opportunity to pursue a secondary interest in the field of human resource and talent management.
This minor is available to all students, including Management majors.

Two of the usual prerequisites for courses in the minor, BUS 312 and BUS 302L, do not apply to non-business majors. However, all students must pass MGT 360 before taking any other courses in the minor. Some electives have additional prerequisites beyond the required courses shown.
