TH 142M. Theatre Movement I (2)

Introduction to movement for performance. This course focuses on the development of individual creativity through physical expression. Movement fundamentals taught include basic anatomy, stretching and strengthening exercises, somatic practices that develop the breath/movement connection, Laban effort vocabulary and compositional projects that foster an expressive use of theatrical space.
